Bits for DTH Hammer




Drill Rigs

The drill rigs produced by SIDERMETAL were developed to use all cable tools, mainly the Button Bits, which require smaller courses and more stroke.

The rigs incorporate the worldwide technology in mechanic percussion for advanced depth and large diameter wells.

 

 DRILL RIG SM-400
  • Drilling capacity until 1312.4 ft;
  • Mechanic percussion;
  • Stroke per minute compatible with the tungsten inserts Button Bits.
    Sets: semi-tow type; skid connected in truck type; Independent hydro mechanical type;
  • Optional: hydro mechanical headstock, hydro mechanical lifting tower;
  • Operates with tools until API standard 07 (see Cable Tools).

 
RECOVERY CLEANNESS DRILL RIG:
  • Mechanic percussion system with long course.
  • Clutch system with bipartite disc.
  • Sets: Chassis type;
  • Optional: Operational platform, tools maneuver derrick, energy generator.
  • Operates with tools until API standard 09 (see Cable Tools).
