Concave:
It’s the most commom face used
in international market. The concave
bit allows excelent penetretion in
medium and hard formation and also
gives centralization to the drilling
process.

Flat Top:
This is the most agressive face, commonly
indicated for very hard formations.
The flat face allows the air flow
which keeps the cuting face always
clean. |

Convex:
The convex face is the largely used
in abrasive formations where the gauge
tend to be prematurely worn away.
It has two rolls of button in the
gauge in order to keep the original
diameter for more meters. |

Drop
Center:
It´s the indicated face for
medium and altereted formations where
good centralization is required. The
drop-centered face is given by the
ridge, which allows a lot of airflow. |
